Becca joined Publica in 2018, and as Practice Director works to ensure a vibrant and creative environment in the office. She is responsible for supporting the leadership group and wider team to work effectively and efficiently while nurturing the team’s individual skills and strengths.
Becca works within the administrative, financial and human resources areas of the business, working closely with the Founding Director, Managing Director and immediate admin team. As well as contributing to project management and support, Becca leads a number of internal schemes including a mentorship scheme and works with the Directors to improve and strengthen the practice’s EDI policy, functioning to create a fair and equal workplace.
Becca’s previous experience is within the built environment, working at practices in a support role including Mary Duggan Architects where she contributed to the inception of the company. Becca studied at University of Westminster, where she gained a BA(Hons) degree in Illustration and Visual Communication in 2015.
