Tom is part of the graphic design team at Publica where he collaborates with project teams to develop innovative ways to visually communicate Publica's projects through bespoke project visual identities and the editorial design of books, reports and presentations. Recently, Tom has worked on creating a new visual identity for the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), produced an animation to illustrate the changing conditions in Piccadilly Circus from dawn to dusk, and led the design and development of Publica's website, which was nominated for an Archiboo Award in 2018.
Tom completed his BA in Graphic Design at the University of the West of England, graduating with first-class honours in 2016. Tom was awarded a Wood Pencil at the D&AD New Blood Awards and membership to the International Society of Typographic Designers during his final year of study. Since graduating, Tom has worked at Bunch Design, Zagreb and Barnbrook, London; joining Publica in 2017.
