Lucy Musgrave Appointed as Culture and Commerce Taskforce Member
Lucy Musgrave OBE has been appointed as a member of the Culture and Commerce taskforce. Chaired by the Lord Mayor of London, William Russel, and convened by City of London Corporation & Culture Mile, the group will develop new ways in which London’s cultural and commercial sector can work together, and will play a key role in London’s recovery.
Specifically, the taskforce will contribute to an area-wide response to the impact of the pandemic, play a key role in rebuilding the local community to ensure future social and economic success, be at the forefront of closer working between the cultural and commercial sectors and play a role in changing perceptions of the City of London - both domestically and internationally.
Additionally, they will build on and strengthen connections with the Lord Mayor and London leaders, contribute to the development of the City’s cultural ecology and inform strategies and practice for wider-London’s cultural and commercial sectors.
