LUCY MUSGRAVE REAPPOINTED AS MAYOR’S DESIGN ADVOCATE

Founding Director Lucy Musgrave OBE RDI has been reappointed by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, as one of the Mayor’s Design Advocates for the 2025 – 2028 term.
The Mayor’s Design Advocates programme brings together 53 practitioners with a wide range of professional expertise and lived experience to help shape London’s neighbourhoods, streets, and public spaces for everyone.
This marks Lucy’s third appointment to the programme. She will be joined by a new London-wide cohort including architects, urban designers, landscape architects, sustainability experts and equality, diversity and inclusion advocates, alongside the reappointment of James Lee, CIC: Access and Inclusion consultant.
The Mayor’s Design Advocates programme plays a vital role in supporting the Mayor’s Good Growth by Design agenda, championing quality, diversity, and innovation across London’s built environment. Together, their collective work will ensure that good design continues to drive positive change in the way Londoners live, work, and connect.
