Winchester Station Approach Public Realm Strategy

Publica is delighted to have been named lead consultant developing a strategy for public realm improvements for the Winchester Station Approach area. We are working with a team led by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands (LDS) who were appointed by Winchester City Council (WCC) to provide architectural design and related services for the Station Approach development. 

The project consists of a masterplan framework that considers mixed-use development across the Carfax and Cattlemarket sites alongside improvements to the public realm. ​
