Westminster City Council presented the new Westminster After Dark Strategy 2025-2040 at the After Dark Community Briefing, in collaboration with London Heritage Quarter BID.  

The strategy outlines a vision for a safer, more accessible, and inclusive City of Westminster that supports cultural and economic vibrancy in the evening and night time for the more than 211,000 residents and millions of visitors each year.  

To aid its development, Publica CIC conducted three Women’s Night Safety audits in Victoria, exploring how women and girls experience the city after dark. Their insights have helped shape recommendations for the area.  

At the briefing, Senior Researcher, Daniel Blyth shared the audit’s findings, highlighting the recommendations already being implemented.
