Publica’s Identity and Communications service works with clients who have an interest in making improvements to the civic realm. We have industry-leading expertise in visual communications and a strong track record of articulating and communicating complex ideas in a way that is elegant, clear and accessible to all. Our multi-disciplinary identity and communications team brings together specialists in urban design, graphic design, communications and research.
Visual Identities
Publica’s approach to visual identities and branding reflects our approach to urbanism and the city: our contextual and research-led approach produces bespoke and engaging communication materials which support and celebrate our client’s aims and ambitions. Our past work has been successful in increasing understanding of strategic thinking by producing holistic visual identities and insightful publications that make complex ideas accessible and easy to understand.
We draw upon the expertise of our multi-disciplinary team to create beautiful and imaginative visual identities which encompass editorial design, information design, illustration, moving image and animation, website and digital design. Our graphic design team was recently nominated for two Archiboo awards for innovation in website design for their work in designing and producing this website.
Urban Interventions
Publica works closely with clients who are leading urban change, curating urban interventions to help them raise awareness and build momentum around their projects. Creative commissions include mixed-media installations, exhibitions, discussions, and place-specific activities that draw inspiration from local culture, environments and characters.
