Emer joined Publica as Studio and Communications Assistant in 2024 and was promoted to Coordinator in 2026.

She oversees studio operations, administration, events, and liaison, maintaining the day-to-day running of the practice and helping to support a welcoming, sociable, and stimulating working environment.

As Communications Coordinator, Emer contributes to both internal and external communications, working across digital strategy, social media management, and content development.

Emer holds a BFA in Fine Art from the Ruskin School of Art at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in oil painting and 3D installation. Her dissertation examined the role of the body in contemporary art and its political potential to challenge anthropocentric hierarchies.
