Since joining Publica in 2017 Oliver has worked on a number of public realm design projects in London’s West End including the recently completed redesign of Bond Street that was carried out for Westminster City Council and the New West End company.
Oliver recently graduated from London Metropolitan University where he spent the two years of his master’s course studying, and speculating on the social and architectural consequences of, the current development context of East London. His undergraduate project The Institute of Concrete poetry won the Serjeant Award for excellence in architectural drawing at the RIBA President’s Medals Student Awards in 2014.
