Rose joined Publica in August 2025. As Operations Director, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the organisation. She has a broad remit which supports many areas of the business including HR, Administration, Finance and Facilities. 

Rose is both strategic and execution focused. At Publica she helps drive strategic initiatives and enhance internal processes to support the team to be as creative, efficient and productive as possible, whilst also being involved in organisational development and employee engagement. 

Previously Rose worked at start-up Venture Capital firm, LocalGlobe, helping build the team and operations from 7 – 35 people. She also has experience in AdTech having started her career in Sales Operations at ad-management platform, Sizmek. Rose has a BA in Drama from Queen Mary, University of London.
